"Kemetic Yoga places emphasis on the rejuvenation of the entire body and mind, not just physical development of out muscles and flexibility. In Kemetic Yoga, we use the breath to "flow" through the movements from one posture to the next. Some of the benefits of yoga include flexibility, relaxation, strength, pain reduction, mental clarity, stress reduction, happiness, body awareness, better breathing and self confidence."
